Tim Huber - President and Principle - Tim has over 28 years experience in construction. He is a graduate of the Business College at the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Business Management Major. Tim has previous experience with Huber and Sons Framing and has been employed with Overland for over 25 years.
Ron Rogers - Vice President/Project Manager and Principle - Ron has over 45 years experience in commercial building and job supervision. During the past 25 years, Ron has served as General Superintendent for Overland Constructors and has been employed with Overland for 38 years. Ron is now currently working as a Project Manager.
Don Hansen - Superintendent/Carpenter - Don has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has a vast knowledge of all construction trades. Don has been with Overland for over 20 years.
Terry Poppen - Superintendent - Terry has been with Overland for 16 years. Terry previously owned a home remodeling and light commercial contracting company for 7 years. Prior to his construction career, he served our county for nine years in the Marine Corps.
Ben Nissen - Superintendent/Carpenter - Ben is a graduate from Wayne State College with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Management. Ben is also a graduate from the Association of Builders and Contractors as a Journeyman Carpenter. Ben has been with Overland for over 10 years.
Kurt Horn - Superintendent/Carpenter - Kurt has been with Overland for over 9 years and has over 14 years experience as a foreman/framer.
Matt Wennstedt - Project Manager - Matt is a graduate from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Geography and a Computer Science Minor. Previously Matt worked as a superintendent for a custom home builder for 4 years. Matt has been with Overland for over 8 years.
Corey Zenon - Superintendent/Finish Carpenter/Hardware Specialist – Corey graduated from the Nebraska Wesleyan University. Corey has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and is a highly skilled finish carpenter. Corey has been with Overland for 6 years.
Alyssa Keady - Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager & Office Manager - Alyssa joined the team in August 2013 and was a graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she double majored in Finance and Business Administration.
