Our Clients:
Overland Constructors, Inc. is proud of the 41 year reputation we have built for quality construction and as an ethical, upstanding business partner. We've had the pleasure of working for some of the areas most successful companies and are proud to share that over 80% of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Read what they had to say about us:
“Before starting working with Overland Constructors, I had concerns about cost overruns on my project. Overland really controlled costs and took care of me. Because of that, I have come back to Overland with another 4 projects.”
"I started working with Overland after they had won a competitive open bid, I had no relationship with them prior. I was really pleased how well their culture matched up with mine. They work to get projects done on time and on budget. I keep coming back to Overland because of trust. I trust that they will do the right thing for my business, not just when it is easy, but every time.”

1. Before you started working with Overland Constructors, what concerns/hesitations did you have that may have prevented you from working with a General Contractor?
"My experience in Property Management left me distrustful of contractors - I often was not given the whole story, I would find out certain details that would have helped to make the best decision were left out. Before making a decision I needed to get several bids to find alternatives. I would find inconsistencies between solutions presented by alternative contractors. And often found cost saving alternatives."
2. After you started working with Overland, did anything surprise you? What has pleased you the most while working with Overland?
"In my experience with Overland - they are always very thorough in explaining challenges and cost-saving alternatives and opportunities - clearly and from every angle."
3. Would you recommend Overland Constructors, and if so, why/what would you say?
I would recommend Overland Constructors, they are team players working together to create successful projects - visually and economically.

1. Before you started working with Overland Constructors, what concerns/hesitations did you have that may have prevented you from working with a General Contractor?
"We were concerned that our interests wouldn't be aligned: the general contractor would be interested in their bottom line more than the success of our project. We have found Overland to be committed to a mutually successful business relationship."
2. After you started working with Overland, did anything surprise you? What has pleased you the most while working with Overland?
"I can't say we were surprised by anything. The most pleasing aspect of working with Overland is their bidding transparency. We are able to see the subcontractor proposals and work together to make the selections. Sometimes the low bidder isn't the best choice, and Overland is very diligent in their research on subcontractors.
We've always valued the honesty and openness at Overland, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, obstacles always appear - that's just the nature of the construction beast. You need a general contractor who doesn't sugarcoat the problems and always proposes solutions."
3. Would you recommend Overland Constructors?
"Yes, we recommend Overland often. In addition to the comments above about transparency and integrity, I would add that we have a team approach with Overland. We value each other’s input on design, problem solving, and cost efficiency. Everything is on the table and we approach challenges as partners. Construction projects last many months and it's important to work with someone you completely trust."
